In Small Incision Cataract Surgery,
also called as manual phaco, a small self sealing incision
(6mm) is made, and special techniques are employed to remove
the Cataractous Lens. After removal of Cataract and
intraocular lens is implanted. The wound is not sutured as
the wound seals by itself. |
